Hello,
Since I've my iPhone, I have no backups of my iPhoto directory. I thought that two places (PC & iPhone) would be enough for a 100% cover.
Now the worst happened, my HD bailed on me. Bought a new HD, reinstalled OS X.
But when I connected my iPhone, there was no way to recover the photo's of it!
I'm not talking about the photo's taken with the iPhone, but the photo library.
Can anyone advise me on how to recover my photo library from my iPhone?
Greetings,
Daniel MacBook Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Gonna have to search for 3rd party software to get at them. There is no option otherwise. Windows XP Pro iPhone (1st Gen) | AppleTV

Might be hard because the search words most likely will send you to stuff about jailbreaking. There is software that can without jailbreaking.
Try searching for stuff to get music off an iPod. It is going to be the same technique. Then once you find those things, see if they say they work for the iPhone too. Windows XP Pro iPhone (1st Gen) | AppleTV

Iphone is not a storage device. This pics that are synced to iphone are optimized for viewing on iphone and are of lower quality than the original.
You should always back-up important info on an external source (external Hard drive for example).
You can e-mail them to yourself, one at a time. They will not be of original quality. powerbook g4, iMac 20 Mac OS X (10.5.1) airport express, iphone, ipod, ipod touch
