How do I upload photos?

I need to upload photos from my iPhone. I'm not talking about uploading them to some special site like Facebook or Flickr, or some hack like emailing them.
I'm referring to submitting them to a form on the web, as a file to upload.
Or, is this yet another thing that Apple has decided I don't need to do?

So this simple thing is not possible?
I have phone with a camera that connects to the internet. And I can not get a photo off the phone, and onto the internet?

Yes, as in "I have a website where I upload all my photos, and I can't get them there from my iPhone"...
