I'd like to take the pictures off of my Iphone and put them on my PC

I'm having trouble finding topics on removing/transfering pictures from my Iphone to my PC, I can transfer one folder but I have 4 other folders besides Camera Roll that I'm having trouble moving to my pc. I did move alot of my Camera Roll pictures to my PC. I'm just wondering why I can't see those other folders when I link my phone up to my pc except the Camera Roll folder? HP Windows Vista
