As expected, a folder called 'iPod Photo Cache' is created in my Pictures folder every time I sync my iPhone. I don't use my iPhone to store photos, so at present this folder just takes up unnecessary, unsightly space in my otherwise tidy Pictures folder. It's not a huge deal, but I was wondering if there were any way to keep this folder from being created. At the very least, is there a way to set its default creation location to somewhere I won't see it?
Thanks! MacBook Mac OS X (10.5.2)

I guess you could disable the syncing of pictures if you don't have any pictures on your iPhone. PC Windows XP Pro

One thing that might help.
The ipod photo cache is is a file created when itunes optomizes the photos you sync to the iphone.
if you don't currently sync any photos, you might want to do what hy-bye suggested and uncheck any photo syncing in the itunes iphone photo settings.
Hope this helps.
