Uploading photos

in iPhone
Sorry this might be a stupid question, but I am a first time owner of a Iphone, I bought 2 3g ones, one for me and one for my wife.  My question is how do I sync photos to my iphone?  I use a PC not a Mac, I do not have Adobe elements 6 (think that is the program need), I really dont want to buy that program just to upload to my phone.  Is there any other way or program I can use to sync my photos?

No question is stupid dude.open itunes and where you see devices it will show your iphones select the phone you want and you will see tabs : summary, info , ringtones etc select photos and you will see sync from, i made a new folder for photos i want to sync from select the pics you want and hey presto. i hope this helps
