To the best of my knowledge there are no apps in the App Store that allow video to be recorded. MacBook , Mini, Airport Express, iPhone 3G x 2 Mac OS X (10.5.4)

There was a post on this forum 2 weeks ago with a link to a website which showed video conferencing on the iPhone in development. It stated that they were awaiting Apple to approve this application and it's release shouldn't be too far away! 15.4" ? MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo 2GB Mac OS X (10.5.5) ? iPhone 8GB (2.1)

How will anyone be able to video conference with the iPhone without a front facing camera?
This is probably in development for when/if Apple includes a front facing camera with a new iPhone model and if so, Apple will likely include the application for this. ? PowerBook G4 17-inch/1.67GHz/2GB RAM Mac OS X (10.5.5) 7200rpm-100GB HD, ? iPod w/Video 30GB, ? iPhone 3G 16GB

The video recording the original post was referring to has to do with using the rear 2 MP camera similar to what other smartphones provide. What you're referring to is called video calling which requires a front facing camera (usually 1 MP or above) to video conference call other users that use video call cellphones (ie: HTC Touch Pro, Sony Xperia, etc). MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Pro Mac OS X (10.5.5) SOHO: Maya, FCS 2, iLife, iWork, Office, TC, iPhone 3G 16 GB
